Can I use more than one
image if I order more than one item or sets of items?

i.e..set of coasters and placemats you can have a different image on each
item,like wise you order a selection of goods different images may be use
Trade orders
We can put
different images on your products,however due to the substantial discounts
given a surcharge may apply please enquire before placing your orders
How do I send images and what format do you require?
In your
confirmation email you will be given an email address to forward your image/s
just email
them quoting your unique order number we support most pc formats .pdf .jpeg
.tiff etc
You may also
post your images if required and we will work with you to produce you artwork

What size should the
images be?
All products
on the site state printable sizes if you require different items send the
largest we will
manipulate the images to suit the other products
How long will it take
to complete my order?
Retail Orders
We usually
dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt, if there are any delays you
will be notified
immediately.
Trade orders
Whilst we
endeavour to turn orders round within 5 working days some larger orders will
take longer please call us for a turnaround quotation

are classed as Mon-Fri
How do I pay for my
order?
All retail orders
are paid for prior to despatch
You can pay
online through our secure servers using a Credit or Debit card or you can opt
to pay by
cheque this should be sent at time of placing your order or we can take your
card details over the telephone.
Some
customers have expressed an interest to pay via Nochex and Paypal this is now
possible please send payment to

Can I order goods and
have them delivered as a gift?
Yes,just
enter their delivery address in the shipping area.NB.please note we will
not include an invoice with goods
If you order
multiple products you will automatically be given a discount at the
checkout.during promotions
you will receive a discount code in our newsletter to use in addition to any
other discounts
We ship all
over the world.please note that goods sent overseas are sent by the cheapest
means this
unfortunately delays the transit times,should you require a quote for express

What happens if my
goods arrive damaged?
Please inform
us by email or telephone if your goods arrive damaged or missing,within 24
hours of receipt any delays will mean that
our couriers will not be liable for any claims for damage or missing goods
